Our full
scope of work.
We specialize in formwork and scaffolding systems. Using both Peri and Aluma systems we can ensure our projects are completed with the best products and supplies possible.
Structural & Core Elements.
The load-bearing concrete that holds a building up — cores, columns, transfer slabs. We form the structure first: to spec, to code, warrantied.
Scope items
05 · Structural & Core
- 01
Shear walls & cores
Central elevator shafts and stairwells using climbing or slip-form systems to provide lateral stability for high-rises. - 02
Columns & pilasters
Heavy load-bearing structural columns — round, square, or complex architectural shapes. - 03
Transfer slabs
Massive, heavily reinforced slabs that transfer structural loads from high-rise towers down to wider podium or parking structures. - 04
Suspended slabs & podiums
Post-tensioned or conventionally reinforced elevated decks for parking garages and commercial spaces. - 05
Retaining & parapet walls
Perimeter earth-retention systems, structural frost walls, and rooftop safety parapets.
Architectural & Specialty Concrete.
The finished concrete people actually see and touch — polished floors, exposed stairs, architectural panels. Precision and surface are everything.
Scope items
05 · Architectural & Specialty
- 01
Polished & finished floors
Specialized power-troweling, hardeners, or diamond polishing for high-visibility lobby and commercial floors. - 02
Topping slabs
Thin, non-structural concrete layers over insulation, waterproofing membranes, or radiant heating systems. - 03
Precast installation
Erecting and securing off-site fabricated concrete elements like architectural panels, stairs, or hollow-core planks. - 04
Shotcrete application
Spraying concrete at high velocity for subterranean shoring walls, curved pool shells, or complex architectural shapes without double-sided forms. - 05
Stairs & landings
Custom monolithic staircases — precise geometry for high-traffic public areas.
Support & Logistics Infrastructure.
The crane, the pump, the rebar crew, the heated hoarding — the infrastructure for a tight-site pour, built for tough conditions and Ontario winters.
Scope items
05 · Support & Logistics
- 01
Hoisting & rigging
Tower cranes, mobile cranes, and material hoists to move heavy forming systems, rebar bundles, and flying forms up high-rise decks. - 02
Concrete pumping logistics
High-pressure boom pumps, line pumps, and high-rise placing booms — including the setup of vertical slick-lines. - 03
Rebar & mesh installation
Placing, tying, and detailing reinforcing steel, welded wire mesh, and post-tensioning cables prior to inspection and pouring. - 04
Waterproofing & joint sealing
Waterstops, expansion joints, vapor barriers, and perimeter drainage systems integrated into the foundations. - 05
Winter & weather protection
Temporary hoarding, ground-thawing equipment, and industrial heaters to maintain curing temperatures during extreme weather.
